Eat ice cream! Ha ha.
ReplyDeleteI learned how important it is not only to keep harsh chemicals away from precious new baby skin, but also mommy's skin while baby is still inside... seems kind of like a DUH! but it's easy for me to remember that a new baby needs extra special everything, harder to remember that I do too as I'm pregnant :)
ReplyDeleteBaths!

ReplyDeleteNaps!
ReplyDeleteTraditionally, it has been used mostly for inhalation. This style works well because the molecules from the oil enter the lungs and then travel into the bloodstream quickly. But more recently, it has been used in conjunction with skin therapy. By putting the oil on topically, you not only get the molecules through your lungs, but also through your skin, making it twice as effective
ReplyDeleteI never knew the idea behind aromatherapy until today. Thank you.
I take extra naps.
ReplyDeleteIn theory getting my toes done but that hasn't happened yet. So I guess just taking naps!
